Q2FY26 Financial Highlights:

  • Q2FY26 Total revenue stood at Rs 9,649 million, a growth of 6% QoQ & 12% YoY.
  • EBITDA for Q2FY26 was Rs 1,101 million with an EBITDA Margin of 11.4% & an Operating EBITDA Margin of 22%.
  • Q2FY26 Profit After Tax stood at Rs 93 million compared to Rs 129 million during Q2FY25.

Operational Highlights:

  • Digital Cable TV:
    • Active subscribers were 9.50 million as of September 30, 2025.
    • Paying subscribers stood at 8.80 million as of September 30, 2025.
    • Subscription revenue from Cable TV stood at Rs 3,024 million for Q2FY26.
  • Broadband:
    • Increase in broadband subscribers by 10K YoY thus standing at 1050K.
    • Broadband revenue increased by 2% YoY to Rs 1,393 million for Q2FY26.
    • Homepass as on September 30, 2025, stood at 5.95 million, out of which 75% is available for FTTX conversion.
    • Broadband Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) stood at Rs 465 per month per subscriber, increased by Rs 5 YoY.
    • Average data consumption per user per month was 410 GB, an increase of 17% YoY.

Q4FY25 Financial Highlights:

  • Q4FY25 Total revenue stood at Rs8,989 million, a growth of 10% YoY.
  • EBITDA for Q4FY25 stood at Rs 1,144 million with an EBITDA Margin of 12.7%.
  • EBITDA margin: 22% for Q4FY25.
  • Q4FY25 Profit After Tax stood at Rs 105 million and the same for FY25 is Rs 479 million.

FY25 Financial Highlights:

  • FY25 revenue stood at Rs 35,072 million a growthof 8% annually and Broadband Revenue grew by 4% annually.
  • For the full year, EBITDA stands at Rs 4,625 million with EBITDA Margin of 13.2% with an operating margin of 22%.
  • For FY25, the board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 2/- per share (20% of Face value).

  • Launched revamped website (www.gtpl.net) with a clutter-free, minimalistic and user friendly UI.
  • Launched “GTPL Buzz”, GTPL’s customer application, featuring a new and easy to navigate design and a host of new features  including TV Everywhere, Cloud Gaming, etc.
  • The new customer direct touchpoints have been designed for a consistent user experience and to deliver seamless interaction across  platforms and devices.

Broadband:

  • Increase in broadband subscribers by 50K YoY thus standing at 1040K.
  • Homepass as on September 30, 2024, stood at 5.95 million – an addition of 400K YoY. Of the 5.95 million, 75% available for FTTX conversion.
  • Broadband average revenue per user (ARPU) stood at Rs 460 per month per subscriber for the quarter.
  • Average data consumption per user per month was 350 GB, an increase of 13% YoY.

  • Subscription revenue increased by 7% YoY to Rs 3,193 million

Broadband:

  • Increase in broadband subscribers by 10K QoQ and 70K YoY thus standing at 1030K
  • Homepass as on June 30, 2024, stood at 5.90 million – an addition of 500K YoY. Of the 5.90 million, 75% available for FTTX conversion
  • The Broadband average revenue per user (ARPU) stood at Rs 460 per month per subscriber for the year
  • Average data consumption per user per month at 350GB, an increase of 13% YoY

    • Broadband Revenue: Generated Rs 1,308 million, showing a 5% growth compared to the Rs 1,246 million in Q4FY23.

    • EBITDA: Stood at Rs 1,198 million, reflecting an 8% increase from Rs 1,112 million in Q4FY23.
    • EBITDA Margin: Reported at 14.7%, down from 15.9% in Q4FY23.

    • Broadband Revenue: Reached Rs 5,268 million, indicating a 9% growth compared to the Rs 4,826 million in FY23.
    • Total Revenue: Summed up to Rs 32,460 million, up by 20% from Rs 27,140 million in FY23.
    • EBITDA: Amounted to Rs 5,111 million, slightly lower than the Rs 5,163 million recorded in FY23.
    • EBITDA Margin: Reported at 15.7% for FY24, down from 19.0% in FY23.
    • Operating EBITDA Margin: Remained at 24%, a decrease from 26% in FY23.
    • Profit After Tax: Recorded Rs 1,069 million for FY24, slightly lower than the Rs 1,145 million reported in FY23.

Operational Performance Summary:

  • Digital Cable TV: The number of active subscribers reached 9.50 million, with a YoY addition of 5,50,000 subscribers. Paying subscribers saw an increase of 6,00,000, reaching 8.80 million.
  • Broadband: Active broadband subscribers grew to 1,020K, a YoY increase of 1,00,000. The homepass, accounting for potential broadband connections, stood at 5.80 million, expanding by 5,00,000 YoY. Moreover, there was a significant 10% annual increase in average data consumption per user, which hit 355GB per month.
  • Average Revenue Per User (ARPU): The Broadband segment observed an ARPU of Rs 460 per month per subscriber for the year.

Financial Highlights:

  • Total Revenue: Q3FY24 revenue stood at Rs 8,607 million, reflecting a growth of 9% QoQ and 22% YoY.

  • Broadband Homepass: As of December 31, 2023, the homepass stood at 5.60 million, with an addition of 450K YoY.
  • Broadband ARPU: The Broadband average revenue per user (ARPU) remained steady at Rs 460 per month per subscriber.
  • Data Consumption: The average data usage per broadband subscriber is 345 GB per month, showing a growth of 11% YoY.

1. Financial Performance:
- GTPL Hathway recorded its highest quarterly revenues from operations in Q2FY24, reaching Rs 7,900 million, marking a 1% QoQ growth and a significant 19% YoY growth.
- Digital Cable TV revenue stood at Rs 3,226 million, showing a 2% QoQ growth and a robust 17% YoY growth.
- Broadband revenue grew to Rs 1,317 million, reflecting a 10% QoQ growth and an impressive 20.9% YoY growth.
- Subscription revenue increased by 8% QoQ and 17% YoY, indicating a strong customer base.

2. Broadband Business:
- GTPL Hathway experienced an increase of 120,000 broadband subscribers YoY, with a total of 9,90,000 active subscribers as of September 30, 2023.
- Homepass, the potential subscriber base for broadband, reached 5.55 million, allowing for further growth and expansion opportunities.
- The average revenue per user (ARPU) for the broadband business remained stable at Rs 460 per month per subscriber, indicating a consistent performance.
- The average data consumption per user per month increased by 25% YoY, reaching 310 GB, highlighting the growing demand for high-speed internet services.

3. Digital Cable TV:
- The active subscriber base for digital cable TV increased by 3,50,000 QoQ and 8,00,000 YoY, demonstrating strong customer acquisition and retention.
- GTPL Hathway expanded its footprint in various states, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, North-East, Delhi, Haryana, and Uttarakhand, to enhance its service reach.
- Digital cable TV subscription revenue grew by 2% QoQ and a substantial 16% YoY, indicating a continued revenue growth trajectory.
- The company onboarded Kartik Aaryan and Rashmika Mandanna as brand ambassadors, bringing renewed energy to the brand.

Anirudhsinh Jadeja, Managing Director, said, "GTPL strengthened its leadership position and continued to be the largest MSO and a leading wireline broadband service provider in the country during the quarter. The company is continuously expanding and working towards further strengthening its market leadership across its areas of operation.
