Q2FY26 Quarterly Result Announced for Cyient DLM Ltd.

Electronic Components company Cyient DLM announced Q2FY26 results

  • Revenue for Q2 stood at Rs 311 crore, marking an 11.6% QoQ and -20.2% YoY change.
  • EBITDA at Rs 31.2 crore for Q2, with a 10% margin, reflecting a 24.4% QoQ and - 1.4% YoY change.
  • PAT (Normalised) for Q2 is at Rs 12.6 crore, representing a 68% QoQ and -18.7% YoY change.
  • Reported PAT is Rs 32.2 crore, representing a 330.6% QoQ and 108% YoY growth, due to one-off other income gains.
  • Free Cash Flow stood at Rs 27 crore in Q2, marking four consecutive quarters of positive cash flow and reflecting strong cash generation despite one-time land acquisition costs in Q2.

Rajendra Velagapudi, MD & CEO of Cyient DLM, said: "Our profitability has improved significantly this quarter, reflecting the disciplined execution and strategic choices we have made this year. We continue to strengthen our capabilities, expand our customer base, and build a robust pipeline. Order intake has seen a 130% YoY growth in H1, and the pipeline of large deals in advanced stages are expected to drive future growth."

  • Quarterly Revenue: Cyient DLM's Q4 revenue stood at Rs 362 crore, QoQ growth of 12.7% and YoY growth of 30.5%.
  • Annual Revenue: The FY24 revenue for Cyient DLM reached Rs 1,192 crore, with a YoY growth of 43.2%.
  • EBITDA: The company reported an EBITDA of Rs 111 crore for FY24, with an EBITDA margin of 9.3% and a YoY growth of 26.5%.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): Cyient DLM's PAT for FY24 was Rs 61.2 crore, a growth of 92.9% YoY.

Business Expansion

  • New Facilities: Cyient DLM opened a precision machining facility in Bengaluru and a new manufacturing facility in Mysuru, which are expected to cater to increased demand and enable the company to venture into new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Capability Enhancement: The company continued investments in Build to Spec (B2S) capabilities, aiming to provide end-to-end product lifecycle solutions.
  • Supply Chain and Sales: Investment in global experience and automation tools strengthened supply chain operations. Sales leadership was reinforced with a focus on key industries and targeted offerings.

Commenting on the results, Anthony Montalbano, CEO, Cyient DLM, said, “Cyient DLM business focus remains on strengthening our capabilities and expanding our customer base. The robust growth for this year was led by Aerospace and Defence (A&D) segments. Large deals in A&D constitute a major portion of Order Book and pipeline and are expected to contribute towards FY25 & FY26 growth."

I. Business Overview:
- Revenue growth of 71.5% YoY, driven by the Aerospace and Defense segment.
- Order Backlog at 22,866 million, with a YoY decrease of 2,601 million.
- EBITDA at Rs 235 million, with a YoY decrease of 0.5% due to one-off PPV gains in FY23 and an adverse revenue mix in Q2FY24.
- PAT growth of 106.4% YoY, aided by Other Income.
