Realty company Arkade Developers announced Q3FY26 results

  • Q3FY26 pre-sales grew by 21% to Rs 267 crore; collections rose by 19% to Rs 212 crore.
  • Revenue for Q3FY26 stood at Rs 199 crore; EBITDA stood at Rs 54 crore, while net profit was at Rs 40 crore.
  • PAT: Rs 40 crore against Rs 50 crore during Q3FY25.

Amit Jain, Chairman and Managing Director, Arkade Developers, said: “With exceptional pre-sales and collections in the last quarter, a robust project pipeline extending into 2026, and a supportive interest rate environment, we're poised to deliver premium residential developments and create sustained long-term value for all stakeholders.

The year 2026 has begun on a positive note, and we are optimistic about the upcoming budget, further supporting sectoral growth. In the current quarter, we are targeting two additional Occupation Certificates in Western Suburbs, reinforcing our consistent track record of before-time project completion. Looking ahead, the company has a robust project pipeline comprising an estimated GDV of Rs 11,900 crore across approx. 4 million sq. ft. of saleable carpet area. In the next month, we will be launching a new project at Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, which will mark our eighth project in the Malad–Goregaon belt — a micro-market where we continue to see strong demand and buyer confidence.”

Realty company Arkade Developers announced Q2FY26 results

  • Net profit for Q2FY26 rose 5.8% to Rs 46 crore; EBITDA grew 7.8% to Rs 63 crore with EBITDA margin of 24%.
  • On QoQ basis, Revenue for Q2FY26 grew 60% to Rs 265 crore; EBITDA grew by 85% to Rs 63 crore; while net profit grew 59% to Rs 46 crore.
  • Q2FY26 pre-sales stood at Rs 189 crore; collections stood at Rs 150 crore.

  • PBT stood at Rs 38 crore compared to Rs 41 crore during Q1FY25.
  • Net profit was at Rs 29 crore compared to Rs 30 crore during Q1FY25.
  • PBT Margin for Q1FY26 was 23.1%.
  • PAT margin was 17.4% for Q1FY26.
  • Q1FY26 pre-sales grew 17.1% to Rs 142 crore; collections rose 41.8% to Rs 170 crore.
  • The Board has recommended a maiden interim Dividend of 10%.

Realty company Arkade Developers announced Q4FY25 & FY25 results

Q4FY25 Financial Highlights:

  • Net profit for Q4FY25 grew 69.9% to Rs 33 crore
  • EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 45 crore, higher by 64.8%..
  • Revenue for Q4FY25 stood at Rs 134 crore compared to 123 crore for Q4FY24

FY25 Financial Highlights:

  • Net profit for FY25 rose 27.7% to Rs 157 crore; EBITDA jumped 23.1% to Rs 206 crore; while Revenue grew 9.3% to Rs 695 crore
  • FY25 pre-sales grew 19.8% to Rs 773 crore; collections rose 21.8% to Rs 716 crore
  • FY25, we acquired land parcels and development rights, cumulating to 17.5 acres in western suburbs with a projected GDV of Rs 6790 crores

Commenting on the Q4 & FY25 results, Amit Jain, Chairman and Managing Director, Arkade Developers, said, "I am happy to say that we have closed the fiscal year on a strong note. Building on our strong performance in the third quarter, we have reported robust operational and financial results, driven by successful pre-sales and the achievement of timely construction of milestones.

FY 25 marks a year of prominence in which we acquired the legendary 4-acre land parcel in Goregaon, leased to Filmistan Pvt. Ltd, having an estimated GDV Rs 2,000 crore. We acquired land parcels and development rights, cumulating to 17.5 acres in western suburbs with a projected GDV of Rs 6790 crore, including the locations – Andheri, Santacruz, Borivali, Malad and Dahisar.

Our expansion strategy into the eastern Mumbai suburbs for the greenfield projects, alongside a solid pipeline of redevelopment projects in the western suburbs, will serve as key growth drivers as we leverage our healthy balance sheet and robust cash flows. We were also featured in December’24 as the top 1000 companies in India as per market cap parameters recognised by the NSE, within 4 months of being listed, a testament to our strong belief in the brand and its performance.

  • Net profit for 9MFY25 grew 19.7% to Rs 124 crore; Revenue stood at Rs 560 crore; while EBITDA stood at Rs 170 crore
  • Net profit for Q3FY25 grew 15.4% to Rs 50 crore on QoQ basis; Revenue stood at Rs 231 crore; while EBITDA stood at Rs 68 crore

We have continued to build on the momentum of the first half of the financial year, with strong pre-sales and revenue recognition from the previous months. One of our luxury developments, Arkade Aura, situated at Santacruz west received OCone year before the targeted RERA date & we completed this project with 26 Months from CC to OC. Moreover, in January 2025, we added three new redevelopment projects in the western suburbs of Mumbai. These comprise about 5 acres of development with a saleable carpet area of about 5.85 lac square feet. Overall, we have a robust pipeline of 8 upcoming projects in the MMR region.

Financial Highlights:

  • Revenue from operations grew at 102.98% from Rs 6,177.16 Lakh for Q1FY24 to Rs 12,538.13 Lakh for Q1FY25.
  • EBIDTA grew at 319.37% from Rs 1,003.55 Lakh for Q1FY24 to Rs 4,208.55 Lakh for Q1FY25.
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT) grew at 333.77% from Rs 942.60 Lakh for Q1FY24 to Rs 4,088.74 Lakh for Q1FY25.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT) grew at 359.51% from Rs 657.63 Lakh for Q1FY24 to Rs 3,021.89 Lakh for Q1FY25.
