Containers & Packaging company AGI Greenpac announced Q1FY26 results

  • Total Income increased 25% YoY to Rs 721 crore, up from Rs 577 crore in Q1FY25.
  • EBITDA for Q1 FY26 stood at Rs 176 crore, marking a 20% increase from Rs 147 crore in Q1FY25.
  • Reported a 41% YoY rise in Net Profit to Rs 89 crore, compared to Rs 63 crore in the Q1FY25.

Containers & Packaging company AGI Greenpac announced Q4FY25 & FY25 results

Q4FY25 Financial Highlights:

  • In the fourth quarter of FY25, the company continued its growth trajectory achieving Consolidated Revenue of Rs 705 crore, a 13% increase compared to Rs 622 crore in Q4FY24.
  • The Company's EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 191 crore, up 23% from Rs 156 crore from the same period last year, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 27%.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT) reached Rs 97 crore, a significant 50% rise from Rs 65 crore recorded in Q4FY24.

FY25 Financial Highlights:

  • AGI Greenpac reported strong financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, achieving Consolidated Revenue of Rs 2529 crore, registering year-over-year growth of 5% compared to Rs 2418 crore in FY24.
  • The Company delivered EBITDA of Rs 689 crore, an increase of 17% over Rs 588 crore in the previous year, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 27%.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT) for the year stood at Rs 322 crore, up by 28% compared to Rs 251 crore in FY24.

Commenting on the results, Sandip Somany, Chairman and Managing Director, AGI Greenpac said, " Our strong performance this year reflects our focus on innovation, operational efficiencies, and delivering a premium product mix. Looking ahead, we are making strategic investments to enhance our capacity and better serve our customers. Industrial Products company AGI Greenpac announced 9MFY25 & Q3FY25 results

Q3FY25 Financial Highlights:

  • Revenue from Operations was Rs 658 crore.
  • EBITDA stood at Rs 185 crore, a 20% YoY increase from Rs 153 crore in Q3FY24, representing a 28% margin.
  • Profit after Tax (PAT) increased by 35% YoY to Rs 91 crore, up from Rs 67 crore in Q3FY24.

9MFY25 Financial Highlights:

  • Company's reported Revenue from Operations of Rs 1,824 crore.
  • EBITDA was Rs 497 crore, a 15% YoY increase with a 27% margin, compared to Rs 432 crore in 9MFY24.
  • Profit after Tax (PAT) grew 21% YoY to Rs 226 crore, compared to Rs 187 crore in 9MFY24.

  • EBITDA stood at Rs 166 crore, reflecting a 20% YoY with a 28% margin.
  • Profit after Tax reached Rs 72 crore, registering a growth of 28% on a YoY.

H1FY25 Financial Highlights:

  • Revenue from Operations reached Rs 1,166 crore.
  • EBITDA stood at Rs 313 crore, registering a growth of 12% on a YoY basis with a 27% margin.
  • Profit after Tax reached Rs 135 crore, registering a growth of 13% on a YoY.

  • Q2FY24:
    • Revenue from Operations stood at Rs 615 crore, marking a 20% YoY growth from Rs 512 crore in Q2FY23.
    • The Company recorded EBITDA of Rs 139 crore, reflecting a significant 59% YoY with a margin of 22%.
    • Profit before Tax stood at Rs 74 crore, registering a growth of 59% on a YoY.
  • H1FY24:
    • Revenue from Operations was Rs 1,174 crore, marking a 14% YoY increase from Rs 1,034 crore in H1FY23.

Furniture-Furnishing Paints Company AGI Greenpac announced Q1FY24 results:

  • Revenue from Operations increased by 7% on a YoY basis, increasing from Rs 522 crore in Q1FY23 to Rs 558 crore in Q1FY24, despite a scheduled furnace shutdown for relining.
  • EBITDA of Rs 140 crore, registering a significant growth of 52% on a YoY basis with a margin of 25%.
  • Profit before Tax stood at Rs 85 crore, registering a remarkable growth of 55% on a YoY basis with margins of 15%
  • On a YoY basis, the company’s sales and profitability improved owing to increased market demand, a more favorable product mix, and our focus on high-value-added products.

Consumer Products company AGI Greenpac announced Q4FY23 & FY23 results:

Q4FY23:

  • Revenue from Operations of Rs 680 crore, compared to Rs 432 crore in Q4FY22, registering a robust growth of 58% on a YoY basis.
  • EBITDA of Rs 196 crore, registering a growth of 111% on a YoY basis with a margin of 29%. 
  • Net Profit of continued operation stood at Rs 96 crore, registering a growth of 152% on a YoY basis with margins of 14%.

FY23:

  • Revenue from Operations of Rs 2,281 crore, compared to Rs 1,430 crore in FY22, registering a strong growth of 60% on a YoY basis.
  • EBITDA of Rs 488 crore, registering a growth of 59% on a YoY basis with a margin of 21%.
  • Net Profit stood at Rs 249 crore, registering a growth of 114% on a YoY basis with margins of 11%.

  • Q3FY23:
    • Revenue from operations stood at Rs 567 crore, registering a growth of 43% on a YoY basis
    • Operating EBITDA stood at Rs 113 crore, registering a growth of 39% on a YoY basis with margins of 20%
    • Net profit stood at Rs 53 crore, registering a growth of 81% on a YoY basis with margins of 9%
  • 9MFY23:
    • Revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,601 crore, registering a growth of 60% on a YoY basis
    • Operating EBITDA stood at Rs 292 crore, registering a growth of 37% on a YoY basis with margins of 18%
    • Net profit stood at Rs 153 crore, registering a growth of 94% on a YoY basis with margins of 10%

Commenting on the quarterly results, Mr. Sandip Somany, Chairman and Managing Director, AGI Greenpac Limited said, “AGI Greenpac growth was broad-based on our agile business model, improved product mix. A rise in demand for packed food, non-alcoholic beverage, and beer segment continued to propel growth for our packaging products in this quarter as well.”

  • H1FY23:
    • Revenue from Operations stood at Rs.1034 crore, registering a growth of 72% on a YoY basis 
    • Operating EBITDA stood at Rs.180 crore, registering a growth of 35% on a YoY basis with margins of 17%
    • Net Profit stood at Rs.100 crore, registering a growth of 101% with margins of 10%
  • Q2FY23:
    • Revenue from Operations stood at Rs.513 crore, registering a growth of 66% on a YoY basis
    • Operating EBITDA stood at Rs.87 crore, registering a growth of 17% on a YoY basis with margins of 17%
    • Net Profit stood at Rs.34 crore, registering a growth of 9% with margins of 7%
