Q4FY24 Financial Highlights:
- In Q4FY24, The Indian Hume Pipe Company Ltd (IHP) recorded a total income of Rs 407.28 crore, which is a decrease from Rs 455.74 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
- The company reported an EBIDTA of Rs 77.07 crore in the mentioned quarter, compared to Rs 43.36 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
- Net Profit for the quarter stood at Rs 43.67 crore, showing an increase from Rs 16.01 crore reported in the same quarter of the previous year.
FY24 Financial Highlights:
- The Company reported a total income of Rs 1,379.24 crore for the 12-month period of the current financial year, compared to Rs 1564.58 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
- EBIDTA for the mentioned period stood at Rs 181.29 crore, showing an increase from 155.85 crore reported in the corresponding period of the previous year.
- Net Profit for the 12-month period amounted to Rs 77.63 crore, which is higher than the previous year's figure of Rs 55.70 crore.
- It's worth noting that the total income and net profit for the 12-month period of the previous financial year ended March 31, 2023, included Rs 1518.55 lakhs received as additional land compensation, inclusive of interest from the National Highway Authority (NHAI). This compensation was related to the compulsory acquisition of part of Yelhanka Bengaluru Land in the year 2011-12.
- The Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 16, 2024 have recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 (75%) per equity share of face value of Rs 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024
