quant MF launches Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund, NFO opens today

quant Mutual Fund announced the launch of the Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund (quant DAAF).

The scheme opened for public subscription on 23 March 2023, and will close on 6 April 2023, and will re-open for ongoing subscription and redemption within five business days from the date of allotment of units.

The scheme has mandate to dynamically rebalance (0-100%), between equity and debt, in line with our view on Risk-On or Risk-Off environment, to earn superior risk-adjusted returns. This scheme endeavors to deliver superior returns than fixed deposits.

"As an Adaptive Asset Allocator, we try to gauge prevailing macro environment and try to understand both quantum of Risk Appetite and Liquidity for various asset classes and accordingly re-balance the portfolio dynamically," the scheme information document stated.

The scheme is benchmarked against CRISIL Hybrid 50+50 Moderate Index.

Minimum application amount is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter. Minimum additional purchase amount is Rs 1,000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.

Fund managers of the scheme are Sandeep Tandon, Ankit Pande, Sanjeev Sharma and Vasav Sehgal.

The scheme involves "Very High Risk" as per the details mentioned in the scheme information document and is best suited to investors willing to understand that their principal will be subject to very high risk only.
