Navi MF Announces change in Key Personnel

Navi Mutual Fund has announced that Ms. Sweta Shah has been appointed as Chief Compliance Officer and shall be key personnel of Navi AMC Limited, with effect from 01 December 2022. She is aged 30 years old and holds B.Com, M.Com, CS, LLB her educational qualification.

Mr. Nishank Jain has ceased to be the Chief Compliance Officer and thus is not Key Personnel of Navi AMC Limited, with effect from 30 November 2022.
