Motilal Oswal MF Announces change in fund manager under its schemes

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund has announced Mr. Santosh Singh shall be appointed as the Fund Manager for equity component of following Schemes of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund in place of Mr. Siddharth Bothra effective from August 01, 2023:

1. Motilal Oswal Flexi Cap Fund

2. Motilal Oswal Focused Fund

3. Motilal Oswal Equity Hybrid Fund

Pursuant to above, Mr. Siddharth Bothra shall cease to be the Fund Manager for the above mentioned Schemes from the closure of business hours of July 31, 2023.
