Mahindra Manulife Mutual Fund has announced that Ms. Ruchi Fozdar (Dealer - Fixed Income), has resigned from the services of Mahindra Manulife Investment Management Private Limited (MMIMPL), with effect from the close of business hours of May 15, 2023.

Accordingly, all details pertaining to Ms. Ruchi Fozdar appearing under the section `Information on Key Personnel of the Asset Management Company` in SAI of the fund stands deleted.
