Kotak S&P BSE Housing Index Fund Floats On

Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund has launched a new fund named as Kotak S&P BSE Housing Index Fund.

The New Fund Offer (NFO) price for the scheme is Rs 10 per unit.

Category of Scheme: Other Scheme - Index Funds

The scheme has two plans: regular plan and direct plan.

The Scheme has the following Options: Growth Option & Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) Option

The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereafter.

The additional application amount is Rs 1000 and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereafter.

Load structure: NIL

Benchmark Index for the scheme is S&P BSE Housing Index (Total Return Index)

The fund manager of the scheme is Mr. Devender Singhaland Mr. Satish Dondapati will be the Fund Managers for the Scheme . Mr. Abhishek Bisen will be the Fund Manager for debt securities in the Scheme.
