Invesco Mutual Fund Announces Resignation of Key Personnel

Invesco Mutual Fund has announced that Mr. Devdatta Joshi, Vice President - Investment Risk Analyst has resigned from the services of Invesco Asset Management India (Private) Limited (IAMI), and has ceased to be key personnel of IAMI with effect from 24 February 2023.
