Invesco Mutual Fund has announced that Mr. Pradeep Sukte has been appointed as Dealer - Equity of Invesco Asset Management India (Private) Limited (IAMI) with effect from August 14, 2023 and Mr. Manish Poddar has been appointed as Research Analyst - Equity of IAMI with effect from August 21, 2023. Accordingly, the following details of Mr. Pradeep Sukte and Mr. Manish Poddar shall stand inserted in the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Invesco Mutual Fund (Fund):
