Groww Mutual Fund has announced that Mr. Brijesh Mishra has been appointed as Chief Risk Officer (`Key Personnel`)* of Groww Asset Management Limited (formerly known as Indiabulls Asset Management Co. Ltd.) (AMC) w.e.f. September 01, 2023.

Qualification: Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) from Mumbai University

*Mr. Himanshu Sinha ceases to be the Chief Risk Officer of the AMC with effect from close of business hours of August 31, 2023. Accordingly, all the references to Mr. Sinha in SAI and other applicable documents stands deleted.
