Bank of India Mutual Fund Announces Change in designation of Key Person

Bank of India Mutual Fund has announced that Mr. N. Chandrasekaran, has ceased to be Chief Information Security Officer of Bank of India Investment Managers Private Limited with effect from 09 January 2023 and has been redesignated as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Bank of India Investment Managers Private Limited.

Mr. Vijay Maruti Khokrale, Vice President and Key Person of Bank of India Investment Managers Private Limited has also been appointed as Chief Information Security Officer of Bank of India Investment Managers Private Limited with effect from 10 January 2023.
