Bank of India Mutual Fund Announces Change in designation of Key Person

Bank of India Mutual Fund has announced that Mr. N. Chandrasekaran, Key Person of Bank of India Investment Managers Private Limited has also been appointed as a Chief Financial Officer (�CFO�) with effect from 26 December 2022, consequent to which he has been re-designated as, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Security Officer of Bank of India Investment Managers Private Limited.
