Bandhan Mutual Fund Announces Appointment of Key Personnel

Bandhan Mutual Fund has announced that Mr. Udit Jain has been appointed as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and thereby designated as `Key Personnel` of Bandhan AMC Limited (�the AMC�) with effect from September 25, 2023. Further, Mr. Vijaykumar Gupta will cease to act as CISO.
