Bandhan Mutual Fund has announced change in the fund management responsibilities for the following schemes of Bandhan Mutual Fund, with effect from January 24, 2024:

Ms. Ritika Behera shall continue to be the dedicated fund manager for managing the equity overseas exposure for all equity oriented schemes and hybrid schemes having provision for investing in overseas securities. Mr. Sreejith Balasubramanian shall continue to be the dedicated fund manager for managing debt overseas exposure for all income and debt oriented schemes and hybrid schemes having provision for investing in overseas securities.

Further, Mr. Sachin Relekar ceases to be Key Personnel of the AMC with effect from close of business hours on January 23, 2024 on account of his resignation from services of the AMC. Accordingly, any reference pertaining to Mr. Sachin Relekar in Statement of Additional Information of the Fund shall stand deleted.
