Axis Mutual Fund has announced that Ms. Krishnaa N has been changed to Junior Research Analyst - Equity with effect from May 10, 2023.

Accordingly, the designation appearing in Section �Information on Key Personnel of Asset Management Company� of the SAI of Axis Mutual Fund (�the Fund�) stands modified.
