360 ONE Mutual Fund has announced that Ms. Smita Aggarwal, Independent Director has resigned from the Board of 360 ONE Asset Management Limited with effect from the closure of business hours of June 30, 2023.

Consequently, all references to Ms. Smita Aggarwal in the SAI stand deleted.
