About Company

Powerica Limited operates in two primary business segments: The Power Distribution segment and the Renewable Energy (Independent Power Producer) segment. Under the Power Distribution segment, the company manufactures and assembles diesel generator (DG) sets ranging from 7.5 kVA to 3,750 kVA. It has maintained a long-term relationship with Cummins India Limited for the supply of engines and alternators. The company operates manufacturing and assembly units in Silvassa and Bengaluru.

In its Renewable Energy segment, Powerica acts as an Independent Power Producer with operational wind power plants located in Gujarat and Maharashtra. As of December 31, 2025, the company’s total wind power capacity stood at 280 MW. The company provides end-to-end solutions, including the operation and maintenance (O&M) of these assets.
