Shree Metalloys Limited, formerly known as `Valley Indiana Leisure Limited` was incorporated in year 1994. The Company name was later on changed to `Shree Metalloys Limited` in March, 2011. The Company mainly engage as traders and stockist of trading of ferrous and non ferrous metal scraps. The Company set up its manufacturing operations and unit for non-ferrous metal alloy zipper wires during March 2011. The Company has also extended its area of operations to manufacturing sector of non-ferrous metals by carrying out job works at its manufacturing facility. The metal industry in which the Company is dealing is recently having trends of volatility and there are very good chances for the Company to develop its area of operation in the metal industry. The Company has diversified its business operations beyond is initial trading activities.
