Ritesh International Ltd. is headquartered in Ludhiana, Punjab and has its manufacturing facilities at Akbarpura village, Ahmedgarh District in Punjab.

The company was incorporated in 1981 as Sukhchain & Co. (P) Ltd. before it was rebranded to Ritesh International Ltd. The company can produce stearic acid of 6000 million tonnes per annum. Its products are mainly sold in regions such as Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Mumbai and Calcutta.
