Products and services in this vertical comprise data analytics, business analytics, RPA, IOT, DevOps, and containerisation and microservices (i.e., use of containers, to package applications, libraries, and configurations and run them as a self-contained and isolated environment agnostic of the software installed on the host system, to build deploy and manage applications). The Company is proposing the initial Public Offer by raising funds aggregating Rs 120 Crores Equity Shares through Fresh Issue and by issuing 4,600,000 Equity Shares through Offer for Sale.
