Mangalore Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd is a subsidiary of Zuari Fertilizers and Chemicals. MCF is the largest producer of chemical fertilizer in the state of Karnataka. MCF is an ISO 14001 and OHAS 18001 certified company. The main products manufactured by MCF include urea, di-ammonium phosphate, ammonium bicarbonate, sulphuric acid, specialty fertilizers, and nutrient products. The promoters of the company own 60.02% of the stake in the company, Foreign Institutional Investors (FII) own 0.34% stake in the company, Domestic Institutional Investors (DII) own 1.08%, and others (such as public & retail investors) hold the balance of 38.56%.
