The company also produces PNCB and ONCB (variants of nitro chlorobenzene) in collaboration with Krebskosmo Germany and Biazzi Switzerland. The promoters of the company own 73.53% of the stake in the company, Foreign Institutional Investors (FII) do not own any stake in the company, Domestic Institutional Investors (DII) own 2.13% stake in the company, and others (such as public & retail investors) hold the balance of 24.34%.
