The company’s total revenue for the FY 2021-2022 was Rs. 33.21 crore, up 40.72% from the previous financial year. KCL’s market capitalisation as of 15 June 2022 was worth Rs. 393 crore.

The company is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange with the code 531780. It is not listed on the National Stock Exchange.

Kaiser Corporation was originally registered as a private limited company with the name Kaiser Press Private Limited. In 1995, it was converted into a public limited company and its name was changed to Kaiser Corporation Limited in November 2013.  The company has also stepped into engineering goods and electric and mechanical heat tracing through its subsidiaries—Powertel Engineering Pvt. Ltd. and Xicon International Ltd.
