The individual core promoters of Usha (India) Ltd are Vinay Rai & Anil Rai. The Company has been primarily engaged in the business of Real Estate Services & Hotel Business. The Hotel is currently operating in the name and style "Country Inn Tarika". The Company is a part of the parent company Espire Group which is amongst the most progressive companies in India. The Group is a successful billion-dollar fully private enterprise with offices in India and overseas with an Investment Plus grade status in banking circles. Apart from Hospitality, it operate businesses covering IT solutions, Education and Infrastructure. Apart from this, the Company has a very unique and diverse portfolio. The Company commenced the operations of its resort at Jim, Corbett, Uttarakhand in the name and style "Country Inn Tarika", Jim Corbett, in addition to this also exploring the possibilities of taking hotels on lease or granting brand names,by franchise models or in any other best way. Thereafter, it ventured into commercial and residential properties in the Indian real estate arena. It introduced a wide range of herbal `Bionaturals` personal and beauty care products. In year 2022, the Company launched new brand `ZANA Luxury Escapes` which is a confluence of luxury and top-notch hospitality. ZANA Lake Resort, Udaipur, the first resort under the newest brand was nestled on the banks of Udai Sagar Lake and offers 30 intimately-crafted rooms with inspiring experiences, nourishing cuisine, and a unique service philosophy defined as ZANA Way.
