It is a hotel-led mixed-use developer in India’s prime metro cities, such as Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and Mumbai Metropolitan Region. It was incorporated in 1986, with its headquarters in Mumbai. In the June 2022 quarter, the company generated a total income of Rs 259.90 crore, up 69.30% from the previous quarter that ended in March 2022.
