The company has certification from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) to sell its products in the country. As per the DRHP filed by the company, it has 235 employees, 300 distributors, and 80 super distributors across India.

The shareholding pattern of the company revealed a 51.85% stake of promoters, a 43.20% stake of retail investors and others, a 4.55% stake of Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs), and a 0.39% investment in mutual funds. The net sales figure of the company for the quarter that ended in June 2022 stood at Rs 29.00 crore, and the operating profit was Rs 2.23 crore. The company was founded and promoted by Mr Ritesh Shaw, and its Board of Directors includes Mr Shreeram Bagla, Mr Rajesh Shaw, Mr Sumit Sengupta, Mr Chandan Ghosh, Mr Sandip Maity, and Dr Hitu Gambhir Mahajan.
