To enhance its portfolio, the company has three wholly-owned subsidies (Aimco Eco science Limited, Aimco International FZE (Dubai), Aimco KR Agro Private Limited) and a 49% stake in associate in AIMCO KR AGRO LLP. In later 1994 to expand its business, the company has amalgamated with Savitri Pesticides & Agrochem Ltd and merged Vayaz Indian Pesticides Private Ltd with itself. Between 2014 company has gone through a crucial business Restructure and made a one-time settlement with its lenders and turns debt-free; however, it has taken additional debts in the financial year 2020.
