Yes, you can track open interest and volume in the Nifty Option Chain. It provides information on the open interest, which represents the total number of outstanding options contracts at each strike price. It also represents volume, which indicates the total number of contracts traded during a given time period.
NSE Option chain data is not real time and has 3-minute delay. NSE provides real time streaming data to brokers. To access real time NSE Option Chain data, customers can login to the website and open watchlist.
Nifty option chain is divided into 2 major sections called Calls and Puts.
On the left-hand side of the option chain, there are Calls and on the right-hand side are Puts.
Strike price is the agreed-upon price for executing an options contract.
In-the-money contracts are those where the strike price is below the current market value (for calls) and when the market price is less than the strike price (for puts)
Out-of-the money contracts - For calls when the strike price exceeds the current market value. For puts
Nifty Option chain includes strike price for which you get corresponding open interest, volume and LTP (last traded price) is given for each strike price for both calls and puts
For eg if you want to trade strike price of 19500, then you can go to the row that shows 19500, look for LTP and click on buy/sell depending on the trade you plan to take.

Volume in the Nifty option chain refers to the total number of contracts that have exchanged for a specific options contract during a specific time period. It shows the level of trading activity for that particular option where higher volume indicates higher liquidity and more active trading interest in that specific contract.

The ATM strike price is the strike price closest to the current trading price of the Nifty 50 Index.
The ITM strike price for the Nifty 50 Index refers to a strike price at which the current market price of the index is higher (for call options) or lower (for put options) than the strike price.
The OTM strike price for the Nifty 50 Index refers to a strike price at which the current market price of the index is lower (for call options) or higher (for put options) than the strike price. In other words, the underlying asset’s price is currently not favourable for exercising the option.
