Gold Hits One Week High

Gold futures soared further today as a break above $1800 per ounce extended amid bullish global cues. COMEX Gold futures are currently trading up 0.30% at $1840 per ounce. Prices hit one week high of $1845 per ounce. The market is pinning hopes on US stimulus and good investment demand to offer support to the metal after COMEX Gold tested a two month low. The US dollar index slipped under 91 mark yesterday and is keeping the undertone supported for the commodities.
