DCB Bank Limited is a private-sector banking company that provides banking and other financial services in several parts of India. The company operates in four segments—treasury, wholesale banking, retail banking, and other banking operations. The headquarters of the company are in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and it was incorporated on 31 May 1995 when it received the license to provide banking services from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). As of 21 October 2022, the market capitalisation of the DCB bank is Rs 3,059 crore.
The company floated its IPO and then got listed on the stock exchanges on 27 October 2006. It is listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) under the codes DCBBANK and 532772, respectively.
As of 30 September 2022, DCB Bank had 410 branches across more than 22 states and union territories in India.
