Mangalam Timber Products fixes record date for scheme of amalgamation

Mangalam Timber Products has fixed 24 November 2021 as record date for the purpose of determining the eligible shareholders of Mangalam Timber Products (Transferor Company), who shall be entitled to receive the shares of the Mangalarn Cement (Transferee Company), pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation.
