SBI Cards director resigns

SBI Cards & Payment Services announced that Devendra Kumar, Director (nominated by State Bank of India) has tendered his resignation from directorship of the Company with effect from the close of business of 08 June 2021, consequent upon change in his responsibilities in the State Bank of India.
