JHS Svendgaard Laboratories has fixed 11 September 2023 for ascertaining the list of eligible shareholders for allotment of equity shares by JHS Svendgaard Retail Ventures each credited as fully paid up in the ratio given in the composite scheme of arrangement between JHS Svendgaard Retail Ventures (Resulting Company), JHS Svendgaard Brands (Transferor Company) and JHS Svendgaard Laboratories (Demerged /Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors.
