Bandhan Regular Savings Fund Announces change in Exit Load Structure

Bandhan Mutual Fund has announced that the exit load structure of the certain schemes of Bandhan Mutual Fund shall stand revised as follows with effect from January 31, 2024 (�Effective Date�):

Change in Exit Load:

Name of the Scheme Existing Exit Load Revised Exit Load
Bandhan Financial Services Fund � If redeemed/switched out within 1 year from the date of allotment - 1% of applicable NAV;
� If redeemed/switched out after 1 year from the date of allotment - Nil.
� If redeemed/switched out on/within 30 days from the date of allotment - 0.5% of the applicable NAV.
� If redeemed/switched out after 30 days from the date of allotment - Nil.
Bandhan Infrastructure Fund � If redeemed/switched out within 365 days from the date of allotment:
- Upto 10% of investment - Nil
-For remaining investment - 1% of applicable NAV;
� If redeemed/switched out after 365 days from the date of allotment - Nil.
� If redeemed/switched out on/within 30 days from the date of allotment - 0.5% of the applicable NAV.
� If redeemed/switched out after 30 days from the date of allotment - Nil.
Bandhan Transportation and Logistics Fund � If redeemed/switched out within 1 year from the date of allotment - 1% of applicable NAV;
� If redeemed/switched out after 1 year from the date of allotment -Nil.
� If redeemed/switched out on/within 30 days from the date of allotment - 0.5% of the applicable NAV.
� If redeemed/switched out after 30 days from the date of allotment - Nil.
Bandhan Large Cap Fund � If redeemed/switched out within 365 days from the date of allotment:
-Up to 10% of investment: Nil,
-For remaining investment: 1% of applicable NAV.
� If redeemed/switched out after 365 days from date of allotment: Nil
� If redeemed/switched out on/within 30 days from the date of allotment - 0.5% of the applicable NAV.
� If redeemed/switched out after 30 days from the date of allotment - Nil.
