BANDHAN REGULAR SAVINGS FUND ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN EXIT LOAD STRUCTURE

Bandhan Mutual Fund has announced that the exit load structure of Bandhan Regular Savings Fund (�the Scheme�) shall stand revised as follows with effect from November 10, 2023 (�Effective Date�):

Bandhan Regular Savings Fund	� For 10% of investment : Nil. � For remaining investment: 1% if redeemed/switched-out within 365 days from the date of allotment.	� If redeemed/switched out within 7 days from the date of allotment: - Up to 10% of investment: Nil, for remaining investment: 0.25% of applicable NAV. � If redeemed/switched out after 7 days from date of allotment: Nil.
