Euro Stays Just Below $1.13; EURINR Creeps Into Green

Euro entered positive territory after experiencing a dip early in Asia today as dollar was staying afloat. EURUSD is quoting just below $1.13 levels awaiting fresh cues from ECB president Lagarde`s speech due today. The pair is staying almost flat at $1.1280. The dollar index that measures the greenback against a basket of currencies is seen at 99.52, after a good rebound early today as US Consumer Sentiment in July jumped to a near 2-year high due to a robust labor market. US University of Michigan Preliminary Index soared to 72.6 against previous reading of 64.4. It was the highest level since September 2021. Meanwhile on the NSE, EURINR futures struggled during initial trades and are slowly creeping into green. The pair is last seen quoting at 92.34, up very marginally.
