Renaissance Global fixes record date for final dividend and stock split

Renaissance Global has fixed 20 July 2022 as record date for sub-division of equity shares of the company of face value of Rs 10 each into equity shares of Rs 2 each and for final dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of Rs 10 each (pre-stock split).
