    Can I apply for a Buyback through the all-in-one app? How?

    Yes, the investors have the facility to apply for Buyback on the app. When menu tab is chosen, the investor will be presented with a number of segments and options to choose from, choose IPO from the same, doing so will take the client to a list of all the current IPOs, Buybacks and Takeovers taking place currently. Select the “buyback” tab. This will show the list of companies conducting a buyback currently, the investor can look for the desirec company and issue a request for the same. Information about companies conducting corporate actions can be found in research.

    Path: Menu > IPO àBuyback >  Click on desired stock > Apply > Fill in the specifics > Swipe to Place Order.

    Can I apply for an IPO through the all-in-one app? How?

    Yes, the facility to apply for IPOs is available on the app.

    Path: Menu > IPO > Click on desired stock > Apply > Accept the Disclaimer > Fill in the specifics > Swipe to Place Order.

    How to enable alerts for a specific stock in all-in-one app?

    Customers have the choice to enable alerts for specific stocks which they wish to be alerted about. This can be done for those shares which the customer has in their demat account. Open Portfolio page and click on the stock of your wish. Here a pop will be visible, select the stock exchange and click the option “Set Alerts”.

    Portfolio > Stock > Set Alert

    Also customer can set alert through Menu > Settings > Direct Alert

    How can I download ICICIdirect All-In-One App?

    You can go to Google Play Store or the iOS App Store and search for ICICIdirect App.

    What are the steps to login to the All-In-One app?

    Open App > Enter User ID > Enter Password/PIN > Click “Login” > Enter OTP sent on linked mobile number > Enter

    How to login to website using ICICIdirect All-In-One app?

    To login to the ICICIdirect Website using the app, simply do the following steps:
    Open the App> Login > Menu > Scan for Web Login > Scan the QR code
    Go to the site > Click “Quick & Easy login using QR” > Scan this QR code with the app
    The QR Code so presented has a time limit and needs to be scanned before it expires, this is done to ensure clients’ credential safety.

    Why is the app asking me to change my password?

    In an effort to enhance the customer’s account security we recommend changing password every 180 days.

    How to do add Fingerprint or Face ID to all in one App?

    The option to add Biometrics is given when Logging-In to the App the very first time. In case it is not chosen then, simply go to:
    Menu > Settings (symbol) > Register Biometrics

    How to Change Password and PIN?

    You can change password by clicking Menu > Settings (symbol) > Change Password
    There you can enter old password and get it changed with new password. Click on Submit and your password will be changed.
    Similarly, you can change the PIN by clicking Menu > Settings (symbol) >“Change Pin” – Enter a new Pin and Confirm Pin.

    Facing problem to login to your ICICIdirect a/c?

    You may face issue to login to your account if your account is locked or you forgot your Password / PIN or you forgot your user ID.
    Simply click on “Forgot User ID?” or “Forgot password?” from the login screen and follow simple steps and you will be able to access your account.
    If your account got locked then on the screen itself you will get “Unlock Account” button through which you can unlock and access your account.

    Which segments are currently available for trading/investing on all-in-one App?

    Currently, on the all-in-one App, we have Equity, F&O, Mutual Funds, FD & Bonds, IPO, Commodities & Currency, global invest, Loans and Insurance.

    How to square off intraday position through All-in-1 app?

    In order to square off an open intraday position go to “portfolio” the third tab in the bottom row of options on the app, then click open positions, this will take you to a list of all your current open positions, click on the one you wish to square off.
    Clicking on the security will open a screen as shown below. Click “square off” enter your specifications and “confirm”.
    In order to convert an open intraday position to delivery go to “portfolio” the third tab in the bottom row of options on the app, then click open positions, this will take you to a list of all your current open positions, click on the one you wish to square off.
    Clicking on the share will open a screen as shown below. Click “Convert to Delivery” enter your specifications and “confirm”.

    Can I invest in one click equity using All-in-one App? How?

    Yes an investor can invest in one click equity via the app. In order to access One Click Equity.

    From Tools section: Click on the tools section from bottom sheet panel of the app where “One Click Portfolio” is given in Stocks tab.

    Through “Menu” tab: Go to the Menu tab, here click “Stocks” which is shown as the first icon. This will redirect you to a list of various functions under stocks. The option of “One Click Equity” should be visible here, click this.

    Can I create custom baskets on the All-In-One app? How?

    Yes the facility to create custom baskets is available on the all-in-one app.

    How to check placed Orders?

    You must be able to see 5 tabs at the bottom of the app. Click on the 4th icon which is “Orders”.
    Here you will be able to see 2 tabs – Pending & Executed. All pending orders which haven’t been executed yet will be shown in the pending tab and if Order type was market or stock touched limit price, then it will be displayed in executed tab
    In the pending tab, if you click on the stock you will get order details and order log.

    How to cancel or modify orders on the all-in-one app?

    In order to modify any orders, go to the “Orders” tab available as one of the 5 tabs at the bottom line of the app. Here, under the “Pending” tab the client will find all the currently valid and pending orders placed by them. The option to modify or cancel will be available as shown below, simply click on that.

    Why is the app showing me a surveillance notification?

    Sometimes, due to various reasons the exchange may put a stock under surveillance under this the particular stock is under a stricter observation and sometimes has certain restrictions placed on them. The app an alert notification when trying to place orders for such stocks to make the client aware of the surveillance and confirm whether they would still like to go ahead.

    How to change overview between NSE and BSE?

    On the stock overview page at the top, next to the name of the stock there is an option to change the exchange for overview page.

    How can I add funds to my account (All In One App)?

    For 3-in-1 customers: to add funds to your account, simply go to the “Menu” section of the App and selects on the option “Allocate Funds” at the bottom right of the screen, here you will be presented with the different segments, click on the segment to which you wish to add funds. Select “add” option to add funds and “reduce” option if you wish to reduce funds for the segment, then enter the amount and click “submit”.

    For 2-in-1 customers: To add funds to your account, simply go to the “Menu” section of the App and selects on the option “Allocate Funds” at the bottom right of the screen. Here click on “Add Funds” tab and enter the amount and select your preferred payment mode and proceed.

    Once funds added then it will start reflecting in “Trading A/c free balance”. Now for adding funds to any particular segment, just enter amount in the input field of that section and click on “Add” button.

    For reducing the amount from any segment, just enter amount and click on “Reduce” button and funds will be moved to your Trading A/c free balance”.  You can also withdraw this amount to your bank by just entering amount and click on reduce button.

    How to place an order on All-In-One App?

    There are multiple ways to buy a stock in the all-in-1 app.

    From “Home”: on the very top an option of “Search & place order” should be mentioned. Click on this tab and type in the name of the share you wish to buy. This will show a list of shares match the name, click on the desired share and this will take you to the “overview” page. Here at the bottom two options “Buy” and “Sell” should be mentioned. Click on the desired action, fill in the details and confirm.

    From “Watchlist”: while on the watchlist, simply click the share you wish to buy, this will redirect you to the Overview page. Here at the bottom two options “Buy” and “Sell” should be mentioned. Click on the desired action, fill in the details and confirm.

    From “Portfolio”: if you wish to buy or sell shares which you already own, go to the Portfolio tab, here a list of all the shares you own should be mentioned. Click on the security you wish to trade.  This will open up a pop up and the options “Buy” and “Sell” should be mentioned here. Simply click on your desired option.

    How to trade a stock in all-in-1 app?

    Click on Buy if you wish to buy that stock. Select the product you want to place order in –

    DeliveryCash Segment

    Intraday – Margin

    MTF – Buy now, Pay Later Option (T+365 – Pledge compulsory)

    Stoploss Order – Another Intraday product comes with mandatory Stop Loss (Known as Margin Plus, Cover order, Bracker order, 3-legged order)

    Enter the Stock Quantity. You can use +/- or directly clicking on Quantity value to edit the same. (By default, it is written as 1)

    Select the Order Type:

    Market Order (Here transactions happen quickly at the current market price of stock)

    Limit Order (Here you can set maximum or minimum price at which you are willing to complete the transaction, whether it is buy or sell)

    Click on Buy. You will land on Order Confirmation Page. Check the order details and swipe to buy. If you have allocated sufficient funds to Equity, your order will be placed successfully. If sufficient funds are not available in your account, allocate fund page will prompt you to add more funds.

    Can Research Recommendations be accessed through All-in-1 app?

    Yes, research recommendation facility is available on the all-in-1 app.

    This can be done in multiple ways:

    Through the Home tab: On home tab, scroll down till you see the head “Research ideas for you” as shown below. The three heads “Trading Ideas”, “Investment Ideas”, “Mutual Funds”, “One click Stocks” and “One click Mutual funds” are there. Clicking on any of the segment will expand this list even further. Select the segment you wish to view.

    Through the Tools tab: Click on the tools section from bottom sheet panel of the app where “Research Ideas” is given in Stocks tab. This will redirect you to all the various options available under this, choose the one you wish to view.

    Through the Menu tab: another way to access this is through the Menu tab. Once on the Menu tab, select “Research” as shown below. This will redirect you to all the various options available under this facility, choose the one you wish to view.

    Can I see market movements such as Top Gainers and Top Losers of the day on the app? How?

    Yes the facility is available on the app as well. Just follow these steps:

    Home >  Market today > Market Movers

    Can I use shares as margin facility through the all-in-one app? How?

    Yes, SAM or shares as margin facility can be accessed through the all-in-one app.  

    There are multiple ways to go about this:

    From Tools section: Click on the tools section from bottom sheet panel of the app where “Shares as Margin” is given in Futures & Options tab.

    Through “Menu” tab: Go to the Menu tab, here click “Stocks” which is shown as the first icon. This will redirect you to a list of various functions under stocks. The option of “Shares as Margin” should be visible here, click that.

    How can I see my already pledged shares in all-in-one app?

    In order to see the securities already pledged by the client, all they need to do is go on the Menu tab, select “stocks” then select “shares as margin” under “others”. This will redirect them to the shares as margin page, simply scroll left on the options as circled below to view the option for “Pledged Securities”.

    This head will show the list of currently pledged securities by the client.

    Menu > Stocks > Shares as Margin (under “Others”) > Swipe left on the top options > Pledged Securities

    What is SEP?

    SEP was the old name for “Stock SIP”. It is now visible as “Stock SIP” on the app.

    Can I set SIP through all-in-one app?

    Yes SIP can be set through the all-in-one app.

    There are multiple ways to access Stock SIP through the all-in-1 app:

    From Tools section: Click on the tools section from bottom sheet panel of the app where “Stock SIP” is given in Stocks tab.  clicking this should redirect you to “Stock List”.

    Through “Menu” tab: Go to the Menu tab, here click “Stocks” which is shown as the first icon. This will redirect you to a list of various functions under stocks. The option of “Stock SIP” should be visible here, click that.

    Path: Menu > Stocks > Systematic Equity Plan > Stock List > Select Stock > Click on “Place SIP Request” > Fill in all the specifications regarding the order > Buy

    Here, a customer can access Request Book, Existing SIPs and Stock List.

    How to apply for a SIP through all-in-1 app?

    Once you open the SIP page using the earlier steps, Click on “Stock List”, this will redirect you to the list of available SIPs and you can also search the SIP you are looking for through the “Search” tab at the top. The option of “Place SIP Request” should be visible next to the stock, click this. This will open the order page, please fill in the specifications according to your preference and click “Buy”.

    What are the various features available with "Watchlist"?

    When in the Watchlist Page, click on the search Icon which is the magnifying glass, here the client can type the name of Stock or Contract they wish to add to their watchlist. Click the (+) symbol present on the right side of the desired stock this will add the stock to the selected watchlist.
    We also offer clients the ability to create specific watchlists. One can create different watchlists such as one for Automobile companies, one for FMCGs, one for Tech companies, etc. Say, a client wishes to create a watchlist for only Automobile companies, and decide to use “Watchlist 3” for this purpose. While adding stocks to watchlist they can choose to add it to watchlist 3 and eventually create a specific watchlist for whatever purpose they require.
    Watchlist page > Search > Click on Desired Stock > Click on Symbol > Select Watchlist which you want the stock to be added to.
    The watchlists are synced between the app and the website. The watchlists created on the website will also be available on the app and the watchlists created on the app will also be available on the website.
    Hold press the stock you want to delete and a pop will be shown, select “yes”.
    A watchlist can be sorted according to name, price or percentage change by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the right.

    How to use the Watchlist in all in one App?

    You can create upto 5 Watchlist on all-in-one App and on each Watch list you can add upto 50 stocks. You also get to choose from Pre-defined Watchlist, where pre-defined indices like NIFTY 50, NIFTY 100, NIFTY IT etc. are placed. Click on particular index and to the stock you want to add in your Watchlist click on the “+” icon at the end of the stock.  Click the particular Watchlist where you want to add the stock.

    What does “Wallet Ledger Log” show?

    ICICI Direct clients with the 2-in-1 account, do not have a linked bank account and need to therefore transfer balance from an external bank account to the ICICIDirect account in order to trade. This amount transferred by them gets added to a “wallet”. This history of transactions of this wallet can be viewed in “Wallet Ledger Log”.
    Wallet Ledger Log can be accessed by going to “Stocks” under the Menu tab.

    Can I view the Heatmap on the all-in-one app?

    Yes Heatmap is available on the all-in-one app. Follow these steps:

    Menu > Markets in Action > Heatmap > Choose category

    How can I view the details of my current brokerage plan on ICICIdirect All-in-One app?

    To view details regarding the current brokerage plan chosen by them, customers can simply follow these steps :

    Menu > At Your Service > Select Brokerage Plan

    Can I change my brokerage plan from the all-in-one app?

    Yes the selected brokerage plan can be changed using the app.

    Menu > At Your Service > Select Brokerage Plan > Change Plan

    Can I change the apps theme?

    Yes the all-in-1 app has the option to switch between dark mode and light mode. Dark Mode has a black background and light mode has a white background and is much brighter.

    To switch between the modes, go to “Menu” tab, here on the left hand side right above “Stocks” “Dark Mode” must be mentioned with a switch next to it. Switching it on will make the theme dark while switching it off will make it light.

    How to access tools section?

    Tools section is given in the bottom sheet panel of the app when you click on it then it will bring up all the tools available under this under various heads such as Stocks, Futures & Options and Mutual Funds.

    Where can I see the Live Streaming charts in the All in one App?

    To view the charts on the ICICIdirect all-in-one App, simply select on any of the stock or contract in your Watchlist which redirects to the overview page. Here, selecting on the “Chart” option will open the Live Streaming charts. There are 2 types of charts currently available on Markets App – Trading View and Chart IQ.

    The user has the option to switch between the type of chart visible to them in “Technical Chart”. To do this, go to the “Menu” option which is at the bottom right of the screen and then click on the symbol for settings located right next to the option for web login. Under his the first item in the second row will be the option to switch between Chart IQ and Trading View.

    Where can I view my existing holdings or portfolio in the all in one App?

    To view your Portfolio, you can select the Portfolio tab (placed at the bottom line of the app) where you can view your consolidated holdings, Open Positions as well as Portfolio. Click on Stocks portfolio where you also get a filtering, sorting and search option and get the stocks arranged in accordance to Name, Market value & Percentage change.

    How to check offer for sale (OFS) in All in one app?

    How to check Account number details in All in one app?

    You can check your Match ID & Demat account number from menu section. Just click on ‘Menu’ from bottom sheet button and details will be shown on the top of the page.

    How to check security projections/BTST in All in one app?

    If you have bought stocks under BTST order you will be able to see it in Open Position tab.

    What is Auto Allocation feature? How to Auto allocate your stocks?

    Auto Allocation is provided to reconcile customers demat account. If customers receive shares through any corporate actions (like merger, split, bonus shares, demerger etc.,) the shares are credited to directly to customers demat account and they have to be allocated (in case they are not auto-allocated) so that you can place any sell orders.

    How It Works: -

    • Login to your trading account click on Demat Holdings
    • Click on Allocate

     

     

    • You will be able to check stocks in your demat account and whether they are allocated or deallocated. Allocate the stock, select the quantity and click on submit.
