Torrent Pharmaceuticals fixes record date for final dividend

Torrent Pharmaceuticals has fixed 06 June 2022 as record date for payment of final dividend of Rs 23 per equity share (including special dividend of Rs 15 per equity share. The dividend, if approved, shall be paid on or around 4 August 2022.
