EKI Energy Services revises record date for bonus issue

EKI Energy Services announced that as the Company is in process of migrating to the Main Board of BSE and in order to facilitate and smoothen the execution process of both migration and bonus issue simultaneously, we are extending the record date for bonus issue by two working days. The new record date for the bonus issue has been fixed as 05 July 2022.
