Navi MF Announces change in Key Personnel

Navi Mutual Fund has announced that Tushar Chandel has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and shall be key personnel of Navi AMC Limited, with effect from 28 April 2021. He is aged 27 years old and holds Chartered Accountant his educational qualification.

Dhwani Shah has ceased to be the Chief Financial Officer and Key Personnel of Navi AMC Limited, with effect from 28 April 2021.
