ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced 15 November 2021 as the record date for declaration of distribution on the face value of Rs 100 per unit under the regular & direct plan - quarterly and annual Income Distribution cum capital withdrawal option (IDCW option) of ICICI Prudential Overnight Fund. The amount of IDCW (Rs. per unit) will be:

Regular Plan - Quarterly IDCW: 0.7375

Direct Plan - Quarterly IDCW: 0.7638

Regular Plan - Annual IDCW: 2.9814

Direct Plan - Annual IDCW: 3.0829
