Bank of India Mutual Fund has announced that Shinjini Kumar has been appointed as an Independent Director of Bank of India Investment Managers Private Limited, with effect from 01 August 2022.

Vikramaditya Singh Khichi, Associate Director and Chairman of Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India Private Limited have retired from the services of Bank of Baroda on 31 July 2022. Vikramaditya Singh Khichi was a nominee director of Bank of Baroda. Upon superannuation and demitting office as Executive Director, Bank of Baroda, Vikramaditya Singh Khichi has ceased to be the Director from the Board of the AMC with effect from 01 August 2022.
