The Company was originally incorporated on August 10, 2015 as a Private Limited Company under the name of `SBL Infratech Private Limited` under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. Pursuant to Shareholders` Resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on July 13, 2020, the Company got converted into a Public Limited Company and name of the Company was changed to SBL Infratech Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 28, 2020 issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. The Company Promoters are Mr. Ankit Sharma and Ms. Shifali Sharma. The Company is primarily engaged in the business of real estate brokerage, selling plots of land and in developing and selling affordable housing. In August 2015, the Company ventured into the business of Real Estate Brokerage. In March 2016, the Company successfully launched & executed Shubh Niwas project in Neemrana, Rajasthan where it acquired rural land, got converted to residential and sold after plotting. In August 2017, the Company has successfully launched Dayal Vihar project in Neemrana, Rajasthan. The Development Business spans all activities related to real estate development, which begins from the identification and acquisition of land till through the planning, execution and sales of developed projects. The Company use knowledge, experience and information from internal and external sources in making decision relating to land acquisition, development and lease/sales decisions. The Company emphasizes more on quality design and quality construction and work with different domestic architects and contractors to ascertain the best possible design and amenities which can be provided to the customers. This helps the Company in providing the scalability required to undertake the development work and enable to focus on the core area of operations. The Company did sub-division of its equity shares on March 25, 2020 from Rs. 10/- per equity shares to Rs. 1/- per equity share. Further, the Company did consolidation of 5976700 equity share of Rs. 1/- each into 597670 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The Company issued 1,68,500 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each at premium of Rs. 50/- each for consideration other than cash pursuant to right issue allotment dated August 31, 2020.
