Angel One allots 76,650 equity shares under ESOP

Angel One has allotted 76,650 equity shares under ESOP on 15 February 2022. Consequent to the said allotment the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company stands at Rs. 82,85,87,220 comprising of 8,28,58,722 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/ - each.
