RBL Bank allots 1.98 lakh equity shares under ESOP

RBL Bank has allotted 198,847 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 O each to the eligible employees, on 23 February 2021 under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 59,77,72,906 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 5,977,729,060 to 59,79,71,753 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 5,979,717,530.
